SANYO Canada Follows-Up HD1000 1080 Cameracorder with New Compact HD Model

CONCORD, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Sept. 27, 2007) - Following the launch of the SANYO Xacti HD1000 full HD cameracorder, SANYO Canada has introduced the SANYO Xacti HD700 - a stylish and compact 720p HD cameracorder with 7 megapixel still photo capture capabilities.

This compact HD digital cameracorder offers high definition 1280x720p MPEG 4 video recording with the new AVC/H.264 Video compression, 5x optical and 12x digital zoom, 2.7-inch widescreen display, up to ISO 3200 sensitivity, full digital stereo sound, built-in stabilizer, in-camera editing and webcam function. The HD700 records both video and still images onto an SD or SDHC memory card and is HDMI compatible through its docking station.
