SCI Solutions Announces First Customer AMP Award Winner

Access Management Power (AMP) Awards Honor Outstanding Achievements in Connecting Physicians and Patients to Healthcare Organizations

LOS GATOS, CA and NEWPORT NEWS, VA--(Marketwire - November 24, 2009) - SCI Solutions, the premier Access Management solution provider for healthcare, today awarded Riverside Health System (RHS) with its first Customer Access Management Power (AMP) Award for exceptional adoption, roll out and results using SCI scheduling and self-service portal technologies. Over a 10-month period, RHS portal usage volumes have steadily increased through diligent training and innovative marketing efforts. By the Spring of 2010, RHS estimates a half million appointments will have been booked through SCI's scheduling products since first implementing in 2003.

Riverside Health System (RHS), located in Newport News, Virginia, operates 981 beds in 4 acute care hospitals, a behavioral health hospital and a rehabilitation hospital.
