SK3 Group to Market Preferred Medical Services to 27,000 PEO Employees

CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA--(Marketwire – Oct. 26, 2009) – SK3 Group, Inc. (PINK SHEETS:SKTO) with its product facilitation partner, Leading Edge Benefits Inc., announced today that it will begin marketing its Preferred Medical Card to the 27,000 existing members of its PEO clients. The Preferred Medical Card will allow SK3 Group to offer discounted healthcare and medical products and services to its existing portfolio of PEO members. The Preferred Medical Card programs offer discounts from 10% up to 60% on healthcare services and products at over 350,000 providers nationwide such as CVS Pharmacy, Longs Drug Store and Aetna Dental Access ®.

The Preferred Medical Card is a non-insurance based product with a $19.99 signup fee and $10 monthly subscription cost. The preferred medical services cover a host of discounted services negotiated directly with the provider including dental, vision and chiropractic. While every market in the United Stated may not be covered, SK3, through its partner, Leading Edge Benefits, has relationships in its key market areas where a large concentration of clients resides.

"The PEO market is a natural fit for the Preferred Medical Card, as different employers provide different levels of medical coverage to their employees. An individual can go to the partner website and see if the services they require are within a comfortable geographical region for them. They can then sign up either through the internet or through their employer. We have no payment risk from the clients, as the PEO can deduct the costs of our services at the source," said Peter Bell, President of SK3 Group, Inc.
