SMC Recordings Group The Pack Debuted at #7 on iTunes Hip Hop Chart

Music Video World Premiered on MtvU, Featured Every Hour

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwire - August 25, 2010) -  SMC Recordings Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SMCE) act The Pack released their newest album "Wolfpack Party" to some stellar early numbers. Debuting at #7 on the iTunes Rap/Hip Hop chart, the number one music retailer in the U.S. They were joined on the charts by such industry heavy weights as Eminem, Lil Wayne and B.O.B.

The MtvU channel premiered The Pack's new video for their single "Wolfpack Party" on their release day and played it at the top of each hour. MtvU is a division of Viacom's MTV Networks and is available on more than 750 college and university campuses across the United States, as well as to several digital cable packages. It reaches nearly 9 million U.S. college students -- making it the largest, most comprehensive television network just for college students. This is right in line with their fan base as XXL Magazine noted in a recent review, "Wolfpack Party serves up the perfect soundtrack to the frat party and hood club."
