SPS signs a significant contract with Repsol YPF to provide Document Management services

BARCELONA, SPAIN--(Marketwire - November 9, 2007) - - SPS has been awarded the "Repsol Explotación Technical Documentation Scanning" project

- This contract is in addition to the framework agreement for the reproduction, digitisation and scanning of document for all Repsol YPF centres of the Madrid region

- This major collaboration with Repsol YPF reflects both the leading position in the energy sector at a national and international level of SPS and the organic growth capacity of the company

Barcelona 9 November 2007-Service Point Facilities Management Iberica, a Service Point Solutions (SPS www.servicepoint.net) subsidiary has signed an agreement with Repsol YPF to apply its Document Management technology for the processing and digitisation of the technical documentation of its Exploration and Production Department (E&P). The project includes historical information processing, plans, diagrams and seismic documentation, with high level of complexity due to its dimension and antiquity.

The whole project include the management of 700.000 documents. With this contract Repsol YPF wants to ensure, with the use of Service Point technology, a full reduction in paper risk deterioration, ensure document quality duration and increase significantly its accessibility.

SPS has and important presence in the energy sector, with clients like Exxon Mobil and Shell, among others. In the case of Shell, SPS has also increased its revenues as a result of the multinational contract recently signed to extend the United Kingdom on-site service to the Netherlands. The contract is for 3 years, with possible extension to 5 and with estimated annual revenues of 2 million Euros and the opportunity to extend the provided services (cross-selling).
