SRSsoft Appoints David Thomas to Board of Directors

MONTVALE, NJ--(Marketwire - January 26, 2010) - SRS, the

appointment of David Thomas to its Board of Directors.
Mr. Thomas brings a wealth of healthcare industry expertise to SRSsoft.
Most recently, Thomas was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of IMS
Health, Inc., the world's leading provider of information solutions to the
pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
Prior to joining IMS Health, Thomas had a distinguished twenty-eight-year
career at IBM Corporation. Thomas was Senior Vice President and Group
Executive at IBM, responsible for its global Personal Systems Group, and
served as a member of IBM's Corporate Executive Committee, overseeing all
worldwide business operations. Thomas also currently serves on the Boards
of Directors of Fortune Brands and Interpublic Group, and is on the Board
of Trustees of Fidelity Investments.
