25% of women will be assaulted during their lifetime and the highest risk group is teenage women. This is an alarming fact, especially since over 47% of crime is unreported. Women will know their attacker up to 75% of the time according to studies. Women lead busy lives, so they need easy to remember tactics that work in real-life situations. They also need training that fits into their busy schedules. Safe International's instructors understand the challenges that women face and offer classes, group seminars and private lessons to fit into anyone's schedule. Check out the NEW "Best Friends" course for women and/or their families on their website at

Chris and his staff train/consult with people privately and publicly on a weekly basis including teaching more than 10 000 high school students every year. Private clients include mothers, fathers, daughters, police officers, seniors, and people with disabilities. He constantly studies and implements new tactics when they fit his criteria of being simple but effective. If the tactic might save a life, he is interested. The Safe techniques are taught on the basis of Gross Motor movements. Chris' skills are based on his certification in Personal Defense Readiness and his knowledge in Israeli syle self defense tactics.
