Sage Summit Customer Conference Sponsors Announced

Conference Agenda Includes Dynamic Presentations From Industry Experts, Educational Hands-on Sessions and Much More

IRVINE, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- October 25, 2005 -- Sage Software today announced sponsors for the inaugural Sage Summit, scheduled to take place next week, November 2-5, 2005 in San Diego. This will be the first time that customer conferences across the company's North American product lines will be combined into a unified 3-day event for attendees to network, gain insight to better utilize their software and hear about industry and business trends affecting their organizations.

Premier sponsors for the event include:

Blytheco (Platinum Sponsor)- Sage partner Blytheco helps customers connect their Sage solutions to the outside world with communication and sales tools like FaxMaster, E-mail Manager, and Customer Service Manager, remote access through Applianz, low-cost, no hassle EDI through RedTail, and more.

CCH Tax and Accounting (Gold Sponsor)- A leading provider of automated sales tax solutions. CertiTAX, an ASP sales tax calculation system, easily integrates with Sage MAS 90 ERP, Sage MAS 200 ERP, Sage MAS 500 ERP or Sage ACCPAC ERP to process all your sales tax transactions.

Additional event sponsors include Silver sponsors Business Objects and the Timberline Users Group, and Bronze sponsors WebEx and Prophix Software.

Using a 'conference within a conference' format, Sage Summit is designed to preserve the experience of community for customers while also providing opportunity to engage with a wide range of Sage product users from a variety of industries. Session tracks will be broken out by business needs and industries rather than specific products, so customers will have the opportunity to learn about relevant issues impacting their industry segment and explore other software tools to improve their businesses in addition to learning how to get better ROI from their current software.

Each session track will feature a keynote with a spokesperson from a key publication within that industry. Current participating media sponsors include: Inc., 1 to 1, ENR, HR Magazine, Journal of Accountancy, Journal of Property Management, BNA Payroll Services Guide, Manufacturing Business Technology and the NonProfit Times.

"Sage customers represent a wide-ranging set of small and mid-sized businesses whose successes are an invaluable source of shared knowledge across industries," said Ron Verni, President and CEO, Sage Software. "Sage Summit offers an exceptional opportunity for our customers to network, share their insights, and learn about their software systems as well as business and industry trends. It is a key part of our commitment to helping our customers develop even more successful businesses."

The Sage Summit will take place November 2-5 at the San Diego Convention Center with three host hotels. Interested customers can register for the conference at or on-site.
