Sandra L. Boyle to Speak at the 2010 BOMA International Conference

SAN MATEO, CA--(Marketwire - June 21, 2010) -  Glenborough, LLC today announced that Sandra L. Boyle, Executive Vice President, Project Management and Development, will be a featured panelist at the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International's 2010 BOMA International Conference and The Every Building Show®, June 27-29 at the Long Beach Convention Center in Long Beach, Calif. The Conference provides commercial real estate professionals with premier education and networking opportunities to find solutions that maximize value in today's challenging marketplace.

Ms. Boyle will participate on the Tuesday, June 29th General Session panel entitled Real Estate's New Normal - A Time of Incredible Challenges and Rich Possibilities, moderated by Kart Padavano, Advance Realty Group's Chief Operating Officer. Ms. Boyle and her co-panelists will take an in-depth look at what has become the "new normal" in today's volatile real estate market, including how they are positioning their companies to weather this cycle; when will the capital markets and commercial real estate start turning the corner; and how they are increasing operational efficiencies and turning around underperforming assets.

Sandra L. Boyle has served as Executive Vice President of Glenborough since September 1997, prior to which she served as Senior Vice President of Asset Management. She is currently responsible for Development and Project Management, which includes "ground-up" property development as well as major renovation, rehabilitation and repositioning of designated properties in the Company's portfolios. Ms. Boyle has been associated with Glenborough Corporation or its affiliated entities since 1984 and has held several senior level positions in asset management, multifamily and commercial property management and leasing.

Ms. Boyle holds a California Real Estate Broker's License, an IREM CPM® designation and LEED AP designation. She is currently Treasurer of the BOMA Cal Board of Directors, on California Business Properties Association Board of Directors; BOMA National Advisory Council and a member of the NAIOP Corporate Board of Directors. She is an active member of IREM, BOMA, ULI, USGBC and NAIOP participating in several Task Forces and Committees for these organizations. Ms. Boyle is past President of BOMA San Francisco, past Chair of the National Advisory Council and the Executive Committee at BOMA International.
