Sanu Corporate Update

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Nov. 24, 2008) - Sanu Resources Ltd. ("Sanu" or "the Company") (TSX VENTURE:SNU) is pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting held on November 21, 2008, in Vancouver, Canada, shareholders voted unanimously in favour of and passed all ordinary resolutions presented at the Meeting including, but not limited to, electing Messrs. Wojtek Wodzicki, Paul Conibear, Michael Winn, Brian Bayley, Richard Clark and Neil O'Brien as directors of the Corporation to hold office until the next Annual General Meeting or until their successors are elected or appointed.

Sanu's directors appointed the following officers for the ensuing year:
