Sapias Appoints Software-as-a-Service Veteran as Vice President of Marketing

Kathleen Hayes Brings More Than 14 Years of Industry Experience to Newly Created Position

In this newly created position, Hayes will report directly to Stuart Bagshaw, the president and CEO, and will lead all of the company's marketing efforts including branding, public and analyst relations, and demand generation.

Hayes brings more than 14 years of software marketing and sales experience to Sapias, with the past several years focused on Software-as-a-Service. Hayes most recently served as vice president of marketing for BlueRoads, a provider of on-demand channel management solutions, where she successfully launched the company and was instrumental in establishing it as a thought leader in Software-as-a-Service.

Earlier in her career, Hayes held a number of sales management and business development positions at Symantec, Frame Technology (acquired by Adobe), and Andromedia (acquired by Macromedia, now Adobe). Hayes holds a B.A. in Speech Communication from the University of Washington.
