Scotsman.com Signs Advertising Sales Deal With AdGent 007

SAN FRANCISCO, CA and EDINBURGH, SCOTLAND--(Marketwire - July 31, 2008) - Scotsman.com, Scotland's leading newspaper website, has signed an agreement with AdGent 007, the global digital advertising services company, to handle its non-UK advertising inventory. This will substantially increase revenues from brand advertisers seeking to reach Scotsman.com's international audience. The deal comprises Scotsman.com and Johnston Press' 322 websites across the UK and Ireland, which equates to a combined 44 million monthly international page impressions.

Through its strategically placed international sales teams, AdGent 007 will sell the international advertising inventory of the Johnston Press portfolio of websites directly to brand advertisers and agencies globally. This ensures that international visitors to the sites will be served advertising relevant to them and their location, wherever they are in the world -- rather than ads aimed at regional audiences in the UK and Ireland.
