Seakinetics Corporation Moves To Expand Board of Directors and Management Team

Executive Search Committee Formed

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - March 16, 2010) - Seakinetics Corporation ( has established an executive search committee to source, interview and appoint candidates to both the Board of Directors and the Company's management team.

"We are cognizant of the need to attract highly experienced individuals with a proven track record in the renewable energy field and project management. The potential scope of this project in the Tamil Nadu region of India, currently positioned as the world's 5th largest producer of wind energy requires that a strong management team be created both in Canada and in India to support the efforts of our Chief Technology Officer, Jack Dhaliwal," stated James Shelley, President of Seakinetics.

The Company will update its shareholders as the board and management appointments are finalized.
