Seakinetics Corporation Moves To Expand Board of Directors and Management Team

Executive Search Committee Formed

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - March 16, 2010) - Seakinetics Corporation (www.seakinetics.org) has established an executive search committee to source, interview and appoint candidates to both the Board of Directors and the Company's management team.

The potential scope of this project in the Tamil Nadu region of India, currently positioned as the world's 5th largest producer of wind energy requires that a strong management team be created both in Canada and in India to support the efforts of our Chief Technology Officer, Jack Dhaliwal," stated James Shelley, President of Seakinetics.

Jack Dhaliwal further stated, "The geo-political and economic elements that will drive the renewable energy business over the next few decades underscore the importance of India as a burgeoning market for renewable energy services and power supply. The Company will update its shareholders as the board and management appointments are finalized.
