Gina Hernez-Broome, Ph.D., is a Senior Associate and program manager for the Leadership Development for Human Resource Professionals and Coaching for HR Professionals programs at CCL. She is also the lead researcher for the Center's coaching research and evaluation efforts.

Cindy McLaughlin is a Senior Program Associate for CCL, where she provides training for a variety of open-enrollment programs. Cindy also spent 15 years in the aerospace industry as an engineering manager for Lockheed Martin, working with a broad base of leaders from corporations and governments worldwide.

Stephanie Trovas is an Open Enrollment Manager for CCL, specializing in helping executives increase their leadership effectiveness through the use of organizational simulations.
