Sentex Accepts Assignment of M.O.U. With Sensatex

Home Health Care Wireless Is Moving Forward

CLEVELAND, OH--(Marketwire - October 5, 2007) - Sentex Sensing Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: SNTX) (http://www.sentextech.com) -- Bob Kendall, Chairman of Sentex Sensing Technologies, Inc., stated today that a major movement has happened in the business. The receipt of a serious multifaceted M.O.U. and its assignment to Sentex this week will move SNTX:OB into hyper-drive in the Home Health Care wireless space into 2008.

Sentex Sensing Technologies, Inc. has taken assignment of the M.O.U. by and between Balmoral Financial Services Companies, having its office at 7118 Dublin Rd, Dublin, Ohio 43017, and Sensatex, Inc., 4720 Montgomery Lane Suite 400 Bethesda, Maryland 20814, for the deployment of up to 5,000 SENSATEX SHIRTS http://www.sensatex.com/.

Based on patents licensed from Georgia Tech University and additional patents filed by Sensatex, the SmartShirt System collects physiology signals from the wearer's body which are converted to digital signals using a small personal controller and sent wirelessly to a base station through the internet and Bluetooth® or ZigBee™ wireless technology.

According to Robert Kendall, the business case is simple: the amount of persons needing monitoring is substantial and will be doubling over the next 10 years and nursing and hospital staff cannot absorb this continuing increase. Under a final agreement, Sensatex will manufacture or provide Sentex with a license to manufacture 1,000 to 5,000 units for use in various National Health Services locations in the United Kingdom. The Sensatex system, combined with the ICOM Command Center and SENTEX Assisted Wireless Living, Home Health Care System Convenience, will be used together in various locations in 2008, stated Robert Kendall, Chairman.

The final agreement will be designed to allow SNTX:OB to control the deployment of the device in the territories of SNTX:OB and ownership of any special new designs implemented by SNTX:OB. SNTX:OB will guarantee to Sensatex a minimum of 1,000 units delivered and installed in the United Kingdom in 2008 and will share in the revenues. Sensatex will be entitled to some warrants on final documentation.

Investors will be contracted to allow Sentex to syndicate the ongoing recurring revenue stream over three years, valued at $15 million dollars or more. The entire system added to ICOM Call Centers and Command Base and other technology will reduce patient visits to the NHS in the UK and thus with its convenience and overall quality will reduce costs to the National Health Services at the locations where it is deployed.

It is believed that over 10,000 could be deployed under the right conditions within a reasonably short period of time.
