Serebra Offers Millions Free Entry to First Global Service to Link E-Learning to Jobs

VANCOUVER, BC and NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - September 27, 2007) - Serebra Learning Corporation (TSX-V: SLC) today announced that Serebra will offer millions of people around the world a free skills assessment that will allow them to join a new online outsourcing service -- the first to directly link e-learning to jobs -- and earn income from their skills.

The offer is open until March 31, 2008, and people can claim their free exam by visiting www.serebraconnect.com. Once registered, they can take an online exam in a subject of their choice. After passing, they will receive free entry to Serebra Connect as a Seller of task-based services to businesses and individuals around the world -- allowing them to earn money from their education.

Speaking from New York, and after he met former President Clinton while attending the annual meeting of the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI), a non-partisan project of the William J. Clinton Foundation, Ted Moorhouse, Chairman and CEO of Serebra said, "Two of the four central themes of the CGI meeting are Education and Poverty Alleviation, and Serebra is currently building a global link between them. Through Serebra's e-learning courses, we provide people in developing countries with access to high quality education. Through Serebra Connect, we will give them the opportunity to use their education to earn income -- without leaving their home countries.

"In order to qualify as a Serebra Connect Seller, people must first prove they have certain skills that match the categories of tasks posted on Serebra Connect. They do this by taking an e-learning course or passing an exam in specific skills, such as website development, desktop software or computer programming, that are open to bids on Serebra Connect.

"We believe that providing this direct link between education and access to paid work will help alleviate poverty and foster a culture of continuous education. The more skill sets a Serebra Connect Seller has, the more money they can earn through the online outsourcing platform."

Inspired by the basic tenets of the CGI, the Serebra offer of a free skills assessment is open to anyone, anywhere in the world. In order to claim it, people must visit the Serebra Connect website at www.serebraconnect.com before March 31, 2008. There, they can select a subject area in which they believe they are skilled and register for a free online exam. On passing the exam, they will be granted entry to Serebra Connect as a Seller. The Serebra Connect service launches on October 31, 2007.

CGI annual meetings gather together global leaders from a variety of backgrounds to realize change and find solutions to the world's most pressing challenges. Participants at this year's meeting include former President Bill Clinton, former Vice President Al Gore, Archbishop Desmond Tutu, Cisco Systems' John Chambers, Wal-Mart's H. Lee Scott, Microsoft's Gerri Elliott, Chartwell Education Group's John Danielson, CNN founder Ted Turner, actor Brad Pitt, actress Angelina Jolie and other distinguished and influential world leaders.

Ted Moorhouse was personally invited by President Bill Clinton to participate in the 2007 meeting as a representative of the education sector. The meeting runs until September 28, 2007.
