Serenity Ranch Passes Torch of Hope to Canadian Athletes

TEES, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Jan. 14, 2010) - As the Olympic torch blazes through central Alberta, Serenity Ranch recovery centre offers a unique flame of hope to all Canadian athletes at the upcoming Vancouver 2010 Olympic Games,

"We wanted to support the games by carrying our message of recovery to Canadian competitors struggling with drug addiction. Six weeks of residential treatment for drug or alcohol dependency is offered freely to every Canadian athlete," said owner Jim Gray.

Serenity Ranch is located in the picturesque countryside near Lacombe, Alberta and maintains a twelve-step approach to addiction treatment. Notably, each staff member has a recovery story of their own.

While reasons for drug use vary, from performance enhancement to mood alteration, the consequences are always shameful and chaotic, "Our vision is to see Canadian athletes succeed in the hardest competition they may ever know: conquering addiction."

When lives are restored, Canada truly wins. Serenity Ranch extends best wishes to everyone committed to supporting our great nation in Vancouver 2010.
