The partnership is a result of an agreement between JumpTV Inc. (TSX: JTV) (AIM: JTV) and Cultiva Entertainment, to supply with JumpTV's application programming interface or "Jumper" that will provide the technology to stream the games -- live.

The tournament will take place in Santiago, Dominican Republic and will feature the top two teams from the host country as well as one team from Mexico and Venezuela respectively.
