Shaw Communications Inc.: TSN Moves to Basic Cable for the Olympic Winter Games

Channel change brings TSN to all Shaw TV Customers in Vancouver

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Feb. 9, 2010) - Shaw Communications Inc. (TSX:SJR.B) (NYSE:SJR)

Effective February 9, 2010, TSN has moved from channel 30 to 23, making the network available to all Shaw TV customers. The channel change is effective in Greater Vancouver, Whistler, Squamish and Bowen Island.

Sports enthusiasts will be able to watch TSN's extensive coverage of the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympic Games from February 12 – 28, 2010, and will have access to live sporting events like NHL Hockey, NFL and CFL Football, and NASCAR racing.
