Shiner International Signs US$1.6 Million Specialty Packaging Film Supply Contract With China's Third Largest Tobacco Province

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - January 14, 2008) - Shiner International, Inc. (OTCBB: SHNL) (website:, a market leader in China's anti-counterfeit plastic films industry, announces today that the Company has signed a RMB 11.35 Million (US$1.6 million) product supply contract with Hunan Yong An Packaging Material Co., Ltd., the packaging supplier to the third largest tobacco province in China to supply 500 tons of BOPP tobacco films for 2008 product delivery.
