Siena Technologies Restructures Operations

Seasoned Electronics Industry Professional Assumes Interim CEO Responsibilities

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - June 4, 2007) - Siena Technologies (OTCBB: SIEN) ("Siena"), today announced that it has initiated a restructuring of its senior management team and operations. Siena's president and CEO, Jeffrey Hultman, and its CFO, Christopher Pizzo, resigned as members of the Company's Board of Directors effective immediately. Mr. Hultman resigned as President and CEO on May 25, 2007 and Mr. Pizzo's resignation as CFO will become effective upon the Company's filing of its Form 10-QSB for the period ending June 30, 2007. Mr. Anthony "Tony" DeLise, a seasoned turn-around specialist with extensive operational experience in the electronics industry has assumed the position as interim CEO overseeing all aspects of Siena's day-to-day business. Mr. Hultman and Mr. Pizzo will continue to assist the Company during the transition period.

Mike Kelley, an executive director of Siena, launched Kelley Technologies ("Kelley") over 30 years ago to serve the Las Vegas resort, gaming and hospitality industry. Kelley is well known for its design and build of highly sophisticated commercial entertainment systems and technology. During its history, Kelly has designed and built over 80 sports and race books worldwide, and recently introduced a patent pending platform (already adopted by Stations Casinos for its latest showcase properties) that has the potential to revolutionize the display of the events. Notably, Kelley has a resume of the most showcased properties assembled including; sound design, special effects, creative lighting, surveillance and security systems for much of the Las Vegas strip.

His work experience includes senior level executive sales, marketing and operations positions with market leaders such as Arrow Electronics, Wyle Electronics and R.W. Electronics. Mr. DeLise has provided management consulting services and most recently has served as president and chief operating officer of Kitchen Distributors of America, Inc. where during his tenure, sales have measurably increased along with profits, while customer and supplier relationships have expanded and improved dramatically over the past two years. Mr. DeLise is currently a principal of International Business Strategies Inc. where he provides professional services covering all aspects of business operations and M&A guidance.
