Sierra Systems Announces Completion of Acquisition

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - May 31, 2006) - Sierra Systems Group Inc. (TSX:SSG) today announced that it has completed the acquisition of TkMC (Turnkey Management Consulting), a partnership headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta. This acquisition strengthens Sierra Systems' business consulting capabilities and adds depth of experience in the healthcare and government sectors.
