Sigma Industries Announces Additional Restructuring Measures

QUEBEC CITY, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Sept. 1, 2009) - Sigma Industries Inc. (TSX VENTURE:SIC) ("Company"), a leading composite and metal products manufacturer, announces the departure of Bertrand Cote, Chief Financial Officer of the Company in the context of the rationalization of the Company's expenses in order that the Company may transit through the current economic situation.
