Signature Devices, Inc. Subsidiary 7th Level Entertainment Group Announces Their Rock Sensation Emiko Is #1 on Pop Charts in Japan With New Hit Song

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - January 7, 2010) - 7th Level Entertainment Group -- a wholly owned subsidiary of Signature Devices, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SDVI) in Redwood City, Calif. -- announced today that its Talent Management client Emiko's hit song "Any Favors" is #1 on the You Music Pop Charts in Japan. Emiko is one of 7th Level's trailblazing music artists, just completing the Japan and UK legs of her 2009/2010 world tour where she received an amazing reception. Nov. 9-15 she was a featured panelist and performer at Japan Music Week to rave reviews. While there, Emiko also performed a private label showcase for Sony Japan, which was followed up with meetings at Sony Japan's corporate offices with senior management. If that were not enough to fill anyone's plate, Emiko then traveled to the UK where she took meetings with the heads of Sony UK's publishing division, met with World Domination Music and had talks with RAK Studios regarding an upcoming recording project with Liberty DeVitto (Billy Joel's drummer).

Emiko and her talent management agency, the 7th Level Entertainment Group, aren't resting on their laurels... they have a lot of exciting projects on the books as she returns to the United States:

-- Emiko performs at NAMM showcase, sponsored by whotune.com, on Jan 14th.
-- February 17th, Emiko is scheduled to headline a benefit concert for the Center
    for the Arts in Idaho.
-- Immediately after, Emiko is headlining "Aprés Ski" at Sun Valley, Idaho Feb
    21-27th.
-- Then she heads into the studio with Grammy Award-winning producer Tommy
Faragher (the Bee Gee's, Taylor Dayne, and music producer of Fox hit show "Glee").
-- Emiko is a featured panelist and performer at "Canadian Music Week" March
    10-14.

R.J. Bucaria, Chief Executive Officer of 7th Level Entertainment Group, LLC, is quoted as saying: "It has been a busy few months for the team. In addition to the singles chart success in Japan, Emiko's World Tour is almost done. After the dates in Japan and England, we only have a few more dates back in the US before heading to Canada to finish up the tour in March with Canadian Music Week. Then we get to refocus on completing the new album with Tommy, which is something we are all looking forward to."

Some of the tour's highlight performances thus far have occurred at the 2009 Special Olympic Winter Games in Boise, Idaho; The Pavilion at Sun Valley with Keb Mo'; and the Steelbridge Song Festival with the legendary Jackson Browne.

Kenneth Hurley, Chief Executive Officer of Signature Devices, Inc., parent company of both 7th Level and its sister division, Graffiti Entertainment, further stated: "7th Level is working with Emiko and other artists -- managing their careers, promoting and producing events, tours and other various syndication deals. That works very well with 7th Level's sister company, Graffiti Entertainment, Inc. There are also the video gaming franchise opportunities as part of 7th Level's over-all talent management business."

He further elaborated on this announcement: "We are creating a whole new level of entertainment-oriented services and products. Our enterprise is a very structured and highly integrated entertainment group of companies with 'A' talent performers and production professionals that intertwine and reinforce each other to offer expanded services to our clients." Mr. Hurley further stated: "Signature Devices, as well as the 7th Level and Graffiti companies, are thrilled to be a part of Emiko's success. We are looking forward to many years of our continued working relationship, blazing new frontiers with Emiko."
