Sleep Holdings, Inc. Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire Sleep Technology Institute of Bay City, Texas

DALLAS, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- September 22, 2006 -- SLEEP HOLDINGS, INC.'s (PINKSHEETS: SLHH) Chairman and CEO Roy Mers announced today that SLEEP HOLDINGS, INC. has entered a letter of intent to acquire Sleep Technology Institute, LTD, located at 720 Ave F, Suite 6, Bay City, Texas. Sleep Technology Institute, LTD is a state of the art sleep diagnostic center and sleep related medical equipment provider that is headed by Shauna Bless, MS, RPSGT (Registered Polysomnographic Technologist) who has been with the company for 3 years. Seller Mr. Kevin Asp says that, "Ms. Bless has been a tremendous asset to Sleep Technology Institute and believes she will continue to be an asset to SLEEP HOLDINGS, INC. and its team of professionals, as they implement their growth and business strategies in the sleep disorders, medicine, diagnostic and therapeutic business." The company is currently negotiating a more definitive agreement with Sleep Technology Institute which it hopes to complete in the near future.
