Softchoice Given Special Recognition for 'Customer Satisfaction Excellence' by Cisco

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Sept. 10, 2009) - Softchoice Corporation (TSX:SO) has been awarded Cisco's Gold Star for Customer Satisfaction Excellence based on an assessment of the quality of service the Company provides around the design and delivery of Cisco solutions. Based on customer survey responses collected independently by Cisco, Softchoice was recognized for 'Customer Satisfaction Excellence' - one of the highest distinctions a partner can achieve within the Cisco Channel Partner Program. Beyond validating Softchoice's strong customer focus, the honor provides significant growth opportunities by increasing Softchoice's visibility with Cisco employees and prospective customers.

Softchoice achieved top marks across key metrics allowing the Company to qualify for special recognition and increased visibility on the Cisco Partner Locator, a tool used by Cisco employees and customers to identify best-in-class Cisco partners.
