SolarBrook Water and Power Announces Distribution Agreement With Resource Management Technologies

Relationship Expected to Open Doors for SolarBrook to Distribute to Public Sector and Governmental Agencies

RALEIGH, NC--(Marketwire - May 1, 2008) - SolarBrook Water and Power Corporation (PINKSHEETS: SWPC), a developer, manufacturer and marketer of water quality and clean power products, announced today a distribution agreement with Resource Management Technologies (RMT), a disabled veteran owned North Carolina Limited Liability Company that specializes in providing products and services to public sector and governmental agencies.

RMT has identified several opportunities for SolarBrook Water and Power Corporation to provide its goods and services to those agencies and is aggressively pursuing long-term contractual agreements.

SolarBrook Water and Power Corporation is an international provider of water treatment solutions, treating water for industrial, municipal, and residential customers.
