Soles4Souls™ Establishes World Headquarters in Nashville, Tennessee

NASHVILLE, TN -- (MARKET WIRE) -- October 30, 2006 -- Soles4Souls™ Inc., the non-profit organization dedicated to providing free footwear to needy people around the world, announced today it is moving its world headquarters from Wadley, Alabama, to Nashville, Tennessee. Wayne Elsey, founder of the recently established charity, said the move would be finalized in January 2007.

"We needed to have a central hub for our rapidly growing operations," Elsey said. "By establishing our world headquarters in Nashville, our staff will be able to work effectively in a facility that will help us accomplish our mission."

Paul Wilson, president of Soles4Souls, will remain in Wadley and oversee the Purpose Driven Division and logistics facility based in Alabama. "Nashville is an ideal city for our world headquarters for several reasons," Wilson said. "It's centrally located and is ideal for meeting with many corporate executives from around the country. It's also affordable compared to most major U.S. cities, and Wayne Elsey and several board members are based in the area and can assist in our growth during this important stage," Wilson added.

According to Elsey, Soles4Souls will also maintain its distribution warehouse in Las Vegas, Nevada, because it is flexible in cost and space. "As we continue to grow, we will need both warehouse facilities on the East and West coasts," he said. "We are bringing our executives and marketing team together in Nashville so we can collaborate effectively and reach more people with our mission, which is simple: making a difference in people's lives with the gift of shoes."
