Solutions Group, Inc. (SOLU) Offers Fix for 40 Million Toyotas

SANTA BARBARA, CA--(Marketwire - April 5, 2010) -  Solutions Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SOLU) announced that it is preparing to provide a totally independent brake override safety system to ALL 40 million plus cars built over the years by Toyota Motor Company that utilizes their electronic throttle control system (ETCS). Furthermore, the patent pending Decelerator, built by Solutions Group, is being designed and produced for all makes and models including Toyota. Toyota Motor Company has reportedly recalled 8.5 million vehicles worldwide recently, and consumers have reported 52 deaths associated with sudden acceleration in Toyota vehicles, NHTSA has said.

"A single death is needless when a solution is available," stated Don Cook, inventor of the Decelerator. He continued, "The Decelerator is inexpensive and easy to install, why wouldn't you do it?"

Sean O'Neil, Solutions Group, Inc.'s CEO, commented on his discussions of the matter with a group of concerned vehicle owners. "What really puzzles me is the money that is being put into deciphering the problem and yet very little was being dedicated to creating a fix. In addition to this, while Toyota may be getting the brunt of the negative publicity, the problem is industry wide."

Toyota spokeswoman Cindy Knight, at a recent press conference, said, "All automakers electronics are subject to faults due to EMI, none of the automakers have designed systems that can detect it, much less prevent it; no automakers have properly shielded their electronics or designed fail-safes or black boxes or brake override systems that actually work reliably."

Mr. O'Neil went on to say, "We at Solutions Group agree with all this. Our engineers have been in the engineering and product development business for decades, and since it is a foregone conclusion that no electronic system is completely impervious to EMI, there is a imperative need for independent backup systems for critical, and in this case potentially life threatening, circuitry for automobiles."

Solutions Group is expanding its Decelerator line to include other vehicle manufacturers and is expected to be released starting later this summer. An analysis of the needs of the various auto manufacturers is currently underway to determine the size and scope of the each manufacturer's requirements, as well as determining priorities for their initial applications. Unit sales volume and dollar estimates of the total market potential and forecasts of revenues will be derived shortly from this analysis and announced.
