Somerset Entertainment Income Fund Declares Cash Distribution

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Nov. 19, 2009) -

NOT FOR DISTRIBUTION TO U.S. NEWSWIRE SERVICES OR FOR DISSEMINATION IN THE UNITED STATES

Somerset Entertainment Income Fund (TSX:SOM.UN) announced today a cash distribution of 1.67 cents per unit for the period from November 01, 2009 to November 30, 2009, to be paid December 15, 2009 to holders of record of units of the Fund at the close of business on November 30, 2009.

On October 13, 2009, Fluid Music Canada, Inc. ("Fluid") and the Fund announced that they had entered into an agreement contemplating the acquisition by Fluid of all of the issued and outstanding units of the Fund, on a fully diluted basis. Fluid's bid expires at 6:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on November 25, 2009. If the conditions to Fluid's bid are met (or waived) and it acquires units on or prior to November 30, 2009, the distribution on such units will be paid to Fluid.
