Sports Alumni, Inc. Creates Exclusive Marketing Relationship With Diversified Entertainment Properties

HENDERSON, NV and LAS VEGAS, NV -- (MARKET WIRE) -- October 16, 2006 -- Sports Alumni, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SPNI) announced today that it has agreed to a joint marketing program with Diversified Entertainment Properties Inc., an integrated entertainment marketing and distribution company headquartered in Los Angeles, California.

The exclusive marketing agreement calls for Diversified Entertainment Properties Inc. ("DEP") to convert the goodwill and the company's football related relationships into products and services that will heighten the awareness of the AFA (American Football Alumni) and its Team Assistance Program ("TAP"). Starting with AFA launch of its TAP program in Texas and Oklahoma, DEP will utilize Sports Alumni's unique relationships with its advisory board, members of the AFA and friends of the company who share a passion for football to build a regional and national awareness.

Stephen White, CEO of Sports Alumni, stated, "This new relationship with DEP will accelerate the national rollout of our programs. DEP will also utilize the company's relationships to develop an expanded community interest by raising local interest and reaching out to alumni that will build sponsorship of a schools football and other athletic programs."

DEP will also build awareness of the AFA by working with coaches and players that already have a relationship with Sports Alumni to build a unique series of coaching tapes and other products. One of the goals of these programs is to assist athletes at all levels to improve their performance by defining required performance standards and the methods to achieve the level of execution that top coaches believe are essential. Additionally DEP will be called on to create the "AFA Football Fest" on a regional and national level.

DEP will also be using its national retail distribution channels through mass merchandisers, bookstores, and digital communication to bring the AFA message and products to the public at large.
