Spot Mobile International Ltd. Announces the Appointment of Mr. Jeffrey Kapner

MIAMI, FL--(Marketwire - August 19, 2010) -  Spot Mobile International Ltd. (OTCBB: RPID), a provider of prepaid mobile wireless telephone services, today announced the appointment of Mr. Jeffrey Kapner as President of our subsidiary Spot Mobile Corporation. Mr. Kapner will be responsible for leading the strategy and will focus on broadening the distribution of Spot Mobile products and building the Spot Mobile business. Mr. Kapner will report directly to Charles Zwebner, the Chief Executive Officer of Spot Mobile International Ltd. Most recently, Mr. Kapner was the Senior Vice President of Marketing, Sales and Support at Total Call International, where he was instrumental in developing and launching Total Call Mobile. Mr. Kapner has extensive experience in the telecommunications, technology and entertainment industries. He has held key positions with Adelphia Communications, Western Digital, EarthLink, Charter Communications, L.A. Cellular, Creative Artists Agency and The Walt Disney Company. Mr. Kapner holds a Master of Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California and a B.A. from the University of Southern California.
