St. Joseph Communications Acquires CMI Canada Inc.

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Aug. 12, 2008) - St. Joseph Communications is pleased to announce today it has finalized an agreement to acquire CMI Canada Inc.

CMI has a history of over 100 years of creative photography services. Starting out as Pringle & Booth Studios in the early 1900s, the company pioneered retail photography in North America, producing the first commercial colour photograph for the T. Eaton Company. Now a full-service content creation company offering a range of services from strategic planning and creative to photography and pre-media, CMI has created some of the best recognized retail flyers and catalogues in Canada. CMI`s 65 employees are based in Markham, Ontario.
