"Stay-Linked Ready" Program Gains Momentum With Addition of LXE

Manufacturer of Ruggedized Wireless Computers to Pre-Install and Resell Stay-Linked Thin Client Software for Managing Terminal Emulation Sessions and Devices

TUSTIN, CA--(Marketwire - October 30, 2007) - Stay-Linked Corporation, the industry leader in host-based, thin-client wireless terminal emulation and session management, today announced that LXE Inc. has completed its third-party software certification process for Stay-Linked and can now offer its ruggedized wireless computers as "Stay-Linked Ready™" with the thin-client software pre-installed.

As part of this new partnership, customers can now purchase Stay-Linked licenses directly from LXE in addition to the extensive network of Stay-Linked Certified Partners. When connected to the Stay-Linked server software (included with the purchase of user licenses), LXE users will enjoy the full range of unique benefits only available using Stay-Linked's award-winning thin-client design.

"LXE's mobile devices are a perfect fit for Stay-Linked software," says David Griffith, president of Stay-Linked. "Stay-Linked was developed from the ground up to provide software-only wireless terminal session persistence under the toughest of conditions, and LXE devices are built to handle the most demanding physical environments -- making this a great match of hardware and software."

Adds Hank Stephens, LXE's senior product manager, "As a pioneering partner in the Stay-Linked Ready™ program, LXE is pleased to offer customers the convenience of receiving their LXE mobile computers with the Stay-Linked thin-client pre-installed. Customers consistently report that running the Stay-Linked solution on LXE computers results in responsive, reliable and secure performance that increases overall productivity. We are pleased to help our customers reach these productivity benefits even more quickly by saving the step of loading the Stay-Linked thin client on their LXE computers."

Stay-Linked is now available for all current models of LXE's ruggedized mobile computers. The ongoing relationship between the companies will keep Stay-Linked at the forefront in developing value-added thin-client software solutions specific to new LXE offerings as they are rolled out in the future.

About Stay-Linked

Stay-Linked Corporation began developing The New Standard™ for managing wireless terminal emulation sessions and devices in 2001. Built from the ground up for the wireless world, Stay-Linked debuted in 2002 as the first thin-client terminal emulation solution -- a marked deviation from existing device-side technologies that evolved from the wired terminal model. Utilizing the proprietary Client2Host™ architecture, Stay-Linked was the first host-based thin-client terminal emulator; the first to provide true software-only session persistence; the first to provide a GUI Administrator console for emulation configuration and session control; and is still the only emulator with Advanced Terminal Session Management (ATSM).
