Steadfast Holdings Group, Inc. Announces Additional Contracts

AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwire - February 10, 2010) - Steadfast Holdings Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: STDF) announced today that it has signed a project management agreement to operate the construction of an alternative energy site in Illinois.

This site will be built in three phases. The initial phase is the first commercialized closed loop, vertical growing system of algae for bio-fuels and human consumption expected to begin in late March 2010 on a 62+ acre site. The second phase is expected to start construction in June 2010 and will include a 15 Mwh steam generator powered by waste to energy units for the disposal of solid waste and tire recycling for fuel and carbon char. The third phase will follow within three months of the waste to energy construction and is expected to add approximately 150 acres of additional greenhouse space for more algae production. The gross contract price is initially budgeted with a price tag of $160,000,000 with a net profit for the company at a minimum of 9%.
