Stellar Technologies, Inc. Announces Substantial Revenue Growth for the Fiscal Year Ended June 30, 2005

NAPLES, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- November 7, 2005 -- Stellar Technologies, Inc. (OTC BB: SLLR), a leading provider of employee Internet management and security solutions, reported revenues of $882,805 for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2005. The reported revenues represent a 325% increase over the comparable 12 month period ended June 30, 2004. Stellar attributes the substantial growth primarily to expansion of its product lines, the acquisition of its e-mail migration product, and increased marketing efforts.

Stellar also reported deferred revenues of $398,378 at June 30, 2005, more than double the amount reported at June 30, 2004. Deferred revenues are amounts billed to customers in excess of the amount Stellar recognizes as revenues on its statement of operations.

During the fiscal year, Stellar Technologies announced several important developments, including:

--  Release of Stellar Internet GEM, Stellar's comprehensive policy
    filtering, archiving and data retrieval management suite.
--  Partnership with Verity™ to enable Stellar to filter over 300
    attachment types associated with e-mail and instant messaging.
