Streetlight Intelligence Inc. Announces Order

VICTORIA, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Oct. 23, 2007) - Streetlight Intelligence Inc. (the "Company" or "Streetlight Intelligence") (TSX VENTURE:SLQ) is pleased to announce it has received an order through its Mexican agent, Resendiz y Baan S.A. de C.V. ("Resendiz y Baan") for its Lumen IQ™ street light controllers. The value of the order is US $105,000. The units will be installed in street lights operated by the City of Frontera, Coahuila, Mexico. The Frontera order follows an order of 4,000 Lumen IQ™ units for the City of Monclova, also in the State of Coahuila.

Don Cleland, President and CEO of Streetlight Intelligence, expressed his optimism about Streetlight Intelligence's prospects, "The Frontera order results from the initial deployment of a small number of demonstration units in Monclova last February." Cleland drew attention to the technology's favourable impact on other potential customers. "The Monclova demonstration units have shown Frontera and other Mexican cities the measurable economic and environmental benefits of the Lumen IQ™ adaptive street lighting system."

Aaron Resendiz, Principal of Resendiz y Baan said "Our municipal clients are impressed with the performance of Streetlight Intelligence's technology. We are confident of further orders." Since 2000, Resendiz y Baan has been providing its municipal and industrial clients with recycling and energy saving solutions and services. The firm is located in Monclova, Coahuila, Mexico.
