Consumers can now use their phones to access go2 Media or WHERE, with both solutions allowing shoppers to check StubHub ticket availability and make a purchase while on the go. This will allow a customer to check prices and purchase tickets safely and securely anywhere, even right outside the event. In both instances, with one click of a button customers will connect directly to a StubHub telesales agent to purchase their ticket. For last minute events, the buyer will be directed to StubHub's local Last Minute Service location by the agent to pick up their tickets. In addition to these features, StubHub customers who use WHERE will also be able to see the nearest StubHub Last Minute Service Center based on their current location. Users will then be able to leverage WHERE's technology to obtain a map of that location along with turn by turn directions, making it even easier to retrieve their tickets.
