Suncor Energy named one of Canada's Top 100 Employers for 2008

Calgary, Alberta (October 9, 2007) — Suncor Energy Inc. has been selected one of Canada's Top 100 Employers for 2008 in Mediacorp Canada Inc.'s annual guide to the companies and organizations that lead their industries in attracting and retaining employees.

The Top 100 Employers, announced today in Macleans magazine, were chosen after a review and selection process which involved more than 55,000 employers across Canada. Suncor will also be featured as one of Alberta's Top 35 Employers in special supplements to the Calgary Herald and Edmonton Journal.
