Sunterra to Issue Update, Hold Investor Call

LAS VEGAS, NV -- (MARKET WIRE) -- December 5, 2006 -- Sunterra Corporation (PINKSHEETS: SNRR) today announced that it will issue a press release providing an update on pending matters before the market open on Thursday, December 7, 2006, and host an investor call at 8:00 a.m. Eastern time the same day.
