Suntron Corporation Announces Increased DFM Capabilities

PHOENIX, AZ--(Marketwire - April 27, 2010) - Suntron Corporation, a leader in the area of integrated Electronics Manufacturing Solutions (EMS) and Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) technology with facilities across the US and in Mexico, announced today the implementation of Valor.

Suntron continues to enhance its Design for Manufacturing (DFM) capabilities with the addition of Valor. Although the company has performed DFM analyses for years, the addition of Valor brings industry standard name recognition to their extensive list of capabilities.

"The use of Valor with our previous toolset and knowledge base has augmented our processes," states Mike Churchill, VP of Operations. "We are seeing increased customer acceptance and reliance on our front-end toolsets."

With the intelligent interpretation and practical application that Suntron's engineering staff brings to new design efforts, these types of tools and services are helping customers solve problems and reduce the number of re-spins required before product release; saving cost and decreasing time to market.
