SuperPro Vending Group Forms Strategic Alliance With HumWare Media Corporation

SPRINGFIELD, MO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- November 16, 2006 -- SuperPro Vending Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SPVG) is pleased to announce that the Company has formed a strategic alliance with HumWare Media Corporation (PINKSHEETS: HMWM). The alliance will allow SuperPro to utilize HumWare's national distribution and sales channels to market and sell the SuperPro single serve dispensers featuring Dentyne ICE® sugar free gum.

HumWare Media Corporation currently has Boondoggle Sports Network units installed in more than 23 states around the country and has sales representatives throughout the US and Canada. The goal of the strategic alliance is to introduce the SuperPro Dentyne ICE single serve dispensers to HumWare's current and future clients, in exchange for a commission based compensation.
