Support.com Extends Hiring Campaign to Idaho

Fast Growing Online Technology Services Company Targets Tech Savvy Idahoans

REDWOOD CITY, CA--(Marketwire - January 19, 2010) - Support.com®, Inc. (NASDAQ: SPRT), a leading provider of online technology services, announced it is extending its campaign to hire more than 100 work-from-home online technology solution engineers within the next 100 days to Idaho.

"With demand for our services growing, we're looking for tech savvy full-time and part-time workers to handle calls from consumers seeking to have their computers, printers and other critical devices such as digital cameras operating well," said Josh Pickus, President and Chief Executive Officer of Support.com.

Prospective Support.com hires must be bright, self-motivated individuals who are already highly competent at fixing computers, synching printers, and working with other consumer tech appliances. They're also likely to be the person friends and relatives call when their computer goes on the blink.

Upon an initial screening, applicants will undergo additional competency testing and, if selected, will be compensated to receive rigorous online training to ensure that they meet the "best in class" standards of technical aptitude and customer service, developed by Support.com for its team of personal technology experts.
