Sylvia Hermina Joins Laurel Hill Advisory Group

NEW YORK, NEW YORK--(Marketwire - Aug. 18, 2010) - The Laurel Hill Advisory Group, a leading provider of Corporate Governance Advisory and Proxy Solicitation services throughout North America, today announced the hiring of Sylvia Hermina, a proxy solicitation and shareholder communications specialist with over 10 years of experience in corporate governance and mutual fund proxy solicitations.

Prior to joining Laurel Hill Advisory Group, Ms. Hermina held the position of Managing Director at The Altman Group where she managed all facets of shareholder meetings including call center campaigns, institutional analysis, vote forecasting and advised on creation of proxy material. Additionally, she was responsible to act as a consultant to senior level management in publicly traded companies and their corresponding outside legal counsel.
