Synergetic Technologies Inc. Announces Its Media Ad Sales Agreement With MegAvail Inc. to Sell Its Ad Inventory in 70,000 Homes, Universities and Hotels

The Agreement Will Begin the Immediate Monetization of Tens of Thousands of 30-Second and One-Minute Spots to Over 70,000 Subscribers -- and Still Growing

SALT LAKE CITY, UT--(Marketwire - May 30, 2007) - Synergetic Technologies Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SYGG), a provider of Digital Video Ad Insertion Technology, announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Ad Systems Inc. (, has entered into a marketing agreement with MegAvail Inc. ( to sell advertising inventory in Ad Systems' current and future systems. These systems will be focused on pinpoint and network specific advertising targeted primarily to un-served markets and niches; i.e. Hotels and University campuses.

The companies have agreed to focus on specific markets to fill the niche needs of today's advertising dollar. MegAvail is currently serving advertising clients, which include most of the top fifty advertisers in the Untied States serving brands like Toyota, McDonalds, and Anheuser-Bush. The agreement will generate bottom line revenue growth immediately for both companies. The dollars generated will come from traditional ad sales from national, regional and local advertisers. Ad Systems has also a per-inquiry revenue model that follows a hotel guest home to create an out-of-room revenue stream. Revenue generated from a "per inquiry" and an online mall model can create a consistent inflow of revenue once a guest purchases. The "out of room" model extends advertising revenue outside the hotel and into the traveler's homes and offices via a percentage of revenue share agreement. Commissions are paid for products ordered through their system or originating from web addresses or 800 numbers.
