Synodon Adds Key Personnel

EDMONTON, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Feb. 26, 2010) - Synodon Inc. ("Synodon") (TSX VENTURE:SYD), announces that it has added three key new personnel to its team.

A twenty year sales veteran of the Oil and Gas Industry has been added as Vice President of Sales to lead the customer acquisition effort. A Lead Scientist and an Instrumentation Specialist have also been added to the technical team to support the expected realSens™ instrument surveys and associated data analysis.

The Company also issued 325,000 incentive options ("Options") to purchase common shares, exercisable at $0.46 per Option, to officers and employees. The Options have been issued pursuant to Synodon's Share Option Plan and will vest over an 11 month period.

Synodon Inc. ( is an Edmonton based technology company which has developed and demonstrated an advanced airborne remote gas sensing system called realSens™, based on technologies developed under the Canadian Space Program and by Synodon scientists. The company is providing gas emissions monitoring and quantification services to a variety of industries, including hydrocarbon (oil and gas), environmental, agricultural and for a variety of gases including methane, ethane and ammonia.
