Systems Evolution's Highline Hydrogen Hybrids Grant Application Receives Senatorial & Congressional Support

ADDISON, TX--(Marketwire - January 13, 2010) - Systems Evolution Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SSEV) majority shareholder Highline Hydrogen Hybrids Inc. (HHHI) announced today that the recent grant application filed with the Environmental Protection Agency has received Senatorial and Congressional support.

Mel Robinson, President of HHHI, made the announcement today and said, "We are pleased to have the support of United States Senator Blanche Lincoln and United States Congressman John Boozman for the $1.247M grant for our joint project with the City of Dumas."

Senator Lincoln said, "It is my pleasure to support the City of Dumas for funding from the EPA's National Clean Diesel Funding Assistance Program. The City of Dumas is collaborating with Highline Hydrogen Hybrids to create a demonstration project to enhance fuel economy and reduce carbon footprint emissions for their over-the-road (OTR) commercial fleets."

Congressman Boozman said, "I am very happy to express my support for the City of Dumas to receive funding through the EPA. The City of Dumas is teaming up with Tyson Foods, Wayne Smith Trucking and Willis Shaw Express on the project. They will create the Highline Hydrogen Hybrids and have it installed on fleet trucks to document the significant reduction in diesel emissions and increased efficiency of fuel combustion."

HHHI's supplemental fuel system has demonstrated reduction of carbon emissions by as much as 50% in external certified testing and at the same time increases fuel efficiency by as much as 30% with an average increase in horsepower of 10%. HHHI's supplemental fuel systems are available for all external combustion engines in a variety of applications, including commercial transportation, passenger vehicles, agricultural equipment and inland and ocean marine vessels.
