TACODA Renews Agreement for Burst Media's Improved AdConductor

New Contract Includes Simplified Workflow, Improved Campaign Management and Reduces Maintenance Costs

BURLINGTON, MA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- August 7, 2006 -- Burst Media has announced that TACODA®, Inc. has renewed its agreement to use a customized version of AdConductor™, the company's complete ad management solution, for its TACODA Audience Networks™, the nation's largest behaviorally-driven online advertising network of quality Web sites for brand advertisers.

The agreement will enable TACODA to take advantage of numerous new features and upgrades in AdConductor such as integration with TACODA's existing CRM and billing systems, as well as a unified order entry system that links directly to its customer resource management tools. A private-label portal will serve as a dashboard that allows TACODA publisher partners to get improved insights into and control over their overall online advertising business.

"For all our customers we try and serve as much as business consultants as we do technology providers, leveraging our 10 years of Internet advertising network experience. Our goal is to help them reengineer their processes with proven technology," says Harry Klein, Burst's COO. "We have provided TACODA a highly customized program in which Burst brought on staff solely to support and manage the growing TACODA Audience Networks business."

"Since TACODA Audience Networks launched in September 2005, we have scaled up rapidly. For example, the number of sites in the Network has tripled to more than 3,500 reaching over 130 million unique US visitors each month," says. Curt Viebranz, TACODA's CEO. "Each week TACODA runs an average of 100 campaigns compared to less than 40 just 10 months ago. We are fortunate in having a partner like Burst who can provide part of the infrastructure that enables this torrid growth."

"AdConductor in general can now be more tightly integrated with existing client systems, resulting in improved reporting and overall performance," says Mr. Klein. "For our largest customers our goal is to provide business process reengineering through proven technology."
