"Thriving businesses are especially important to celebrate given the state of the economy today," said Barbara Morrison, CEO of TMC Development. "These businesses are providing jobs in our community. They have all taken advantage of the current historically low SBA interest rates and 90% fixed rate financing available for owner/user real estate projects up to $20 million."

Service West Inc, the recipient of the "Energy Efficiency" Award, took advantage of the SBA 504 Energy Efficiency policy that rewards increased energy efficiency to purchase a 132,000-square-foot commercial office building in San Leandro.
