TMX Funding Granted Emergency Court Appointed Receiver to Manage Teledex, LLC Operations

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO--(Marketwire - December 9, 2009) - TMX Funding Inc. (TMX Funding), an affiliate of Scitec, Inc./TeleMatrix, Inc., has been granted an emergency court appointed receiver by the Superior Court of California, San Jose County, to manage Teledex, LLC ( operations until the sale of the company's assets on December 18th. The emergency receiver appointed by the court is:

According to Jose Quiros, Chief Operating Officer, Scitec, Inc./TeleMatrix, Inc., "As a result of Teledex Senior Management's choice to close its doors without notifying TMX Funding or continuing its standard practice of requesting funds to maintain operations, we petitioned the court to appoint an emergency receiver in order to avoid further interruptions to the business."

TMX Funding has scheduled a non-judicial foreclosure sale against certain of these assets for December 18, 2009 at 1:30 p.m., California time, at Buchalter Nemer, 333 Market Street, Suite 2500, San Francisco, California 94105-2102.
